GUARANTEE:

  • The Let Go Cure does not guarantee outcomes: the success of any protocol, treatment, and/or practice offered.

  • The Let Go Cure only guarantees that the service booked was received to the highest standard available and possible.

  • As each client’s body, mindset, environment, personal lived history, trauma, conditions, medications, diagnoses, and ailments differ, it is impossible to expect the same exact result within a set time frame. The body takes its own time when healing itself.

  • The Let Go Cure does guarantee that the protocols, treatments, and/or practices offered have delivered remarkable results for many clients, and that consultants will work with you until the result you are seeking is achieved. If a consultant believes that there is a different modality that will bring you better and quicker success for your specific issue, the consultant will provide you with that information and research, along with a list of recommended providers, and send an introductory email on your behalf, if you wish to seek additional guidance and/or switch providers entirely.

  • The Let Go Cure does not guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • The definition of customer satisfaction is defined by the client’s perception of whether their anticipated expectation was met.

  • The Let Go Cure does guarantee services received.

    • The definition of services received includes:

      • a date and time scheduled in advance and mutually agreed upon by both Client & Consultant

      • a Consultant available and present during that agreed upon scheduled date and time

      • Time allocated for the client to outline and describe the situation they are seeking assistance with

      • Time allocated for the Consultant to consider the situation shared

      • Time allocated for the Consultant to share informed advice with the client based on their professional expertise and knowledge, in alignment with the type of service booked (protocol, treatment, practice)

      • Time allocated for the Consultant to outline the first step of the plan to be implemented

      • Time allocated for the client to ask a few questions

    • If the above conditions have been met, your service was “received”, meeting our guarantee.

  • The Let Go Cure does not guarantee the client’s understanding of, agreement with, application of, and/or adherence to said advice and/or services.

  • The Let Go Cure only guarantees receipt.

    • For example:

      • (MET) A client books a Root Cause Protocol Consultation.

      • (MET) The client confirms and receives a set appointment date and time, mutually agreed upon.

      • (MET) The Consultant and the client both attend the consultation at that date and time, and remain actively available and participatory for the entire duration.

      • (MET) The client explains their situation and asks for advice.

      • (MET) The Consultant listens to this situation, considers it, and makes appropriate recommendations.

      • (NOT MET) The client does not agree with those recommendations, is not willing to adhere to them, does not think they will be beneficial and/or agrees to them but then does not apply them to their life and/or does not continue to apply them and misrepresents this info.

      • (NOT MET) The client then seeks a refund because they are unhappy with the advice, do not agree to it, and/or did not apply it or adhere to it properly, or misunderstood it.

      • (NOT MET) They will not be eligible for a refund, as the client has received the service, and the satisfaction with the service itself is not guaranteed.

    • If you feel that your service did not meet one of the guarantees above, please send an email to: support@theletgocure.com

      • Please include the date and time of your appointment and service booked, along with a brief description of what aspect of our service did not meet your expectations, and why you feel the guarantee was not honored.

      • Upon receipt of complaint, The Let Go Cure will acknowledge understanding immediately, and begin the consideration process. The Let Go Cure has up to 5 business days from receipt of complaint to determine whether this meets our guarantee, providing a thoroughly outlined and detailed explanation, including potential action items should our guarantee be found to have failed, sent to the email address provided to us.

    • If for some reason The Let Go Cure is unable to meet one of the guarantees above, due to an emergency, sudden illness, act of god, power outage, or some other identifiable situation, The Let Go Cure will reach out to the client first to notify and provide alternative solutions, such as a rebooking and/or rescheduling of your appointment with waived rescheduling fees, and/or other options The Let Go Cure deems apologetically appropriate for inconveniencing the client.

  • Although The Let Go Cure believes the adage that “the customer is always right”, as our business is primarily a service-model, and the service we deliver is advice & education, we do not feel we are morally able to offer a guarantee based on customer satisfaction for the following reasons:

    • Given the nature of our work, sometimes when the advice is first presented, the client initially and automatically rejects it. This is part of the cognitive dissonance cycle outlined in our branding literature. This is a normal human response, and is expected by the consultant. It is hard to integrate newly presented information that is oppositional to your previously established worldview.

      • For illustrated example: Bananas are yellow. This is established fact. We believe this and we see this. Your consultant shares with you knowledge that this was incorrectly accepted as fact based on one scientist’s study and opinion, and now that everyone has believed this to be true for all of these years, it has not been questioned. Your consultant shares that bananas are indeed pink, and if you are the intellectually minded type, they are happy to share with you the empirical data, evidence, research, and case studies outlining why this is true.

    • Many clients hire a wellness consultant because they know they are incapable of following through on their own, have previously tried and failed, and are deeply resistant to making these changes, even though they want to. They hire the consultant to “force or pressure” them to comply to the protocol. However, sometimes these clients are hoping that the consultant will agree with them, validating their lack of compliance.

      • For illustrated example: A client books an appointment in the hopes that the consultant would agree that they do not need to balance their emotions via meditation, reiki, eft, therapy, etc. A consultant recommends changes that the client is resistant to, and explains how their health goals will met quicker and more easily if they begin practices that assist in balancing their emotions. The client did not expect the consultant to disagree with their preconceived expectation.

    • Clients anticipate that the services they pay for will work rapidly and dramatically. This is not true, every client is different and not all protocols, treatments, and practices work as well on every client. If you’ve been sick for 10 years, you should not expect results in 3 months.

      • For illustrated example: A client is recommended by a friend to try said protocol. Their friend lost 25lbs in 3 months, and was able to cease use of diabetes and cholesterol medications. The client begins the protocol and in 3 months has only lost 5lbs. The protocol did not live up to their preconceived expectation.

    • Most people are non-confrontational, and will accept advice and appear to understand, appreciate, and be willing to adhere to it. Sometimes clients do this, knowing that they will not make the changes, and then report back week after week that the changes were made but not working, only to come clean months later.

      • For illustrated example: A client agrees to practice three mindfulness exercises a day. The consultant discusses different options, and the client picks out the three that sound the most interesting to try. The consultant prepares written instructions for the client for each of the three exercises in their plan. Each week the client confirms that they have practiced daily, but has not seen results. The client actually forgets daily, and sometimes only does one or even none of the exercises. They are unhappy that the advice is not working to relieve their anxiety and stress.

    • In each of the above illustrated examples, it is clear that the client (customer) is unhappy with the service received. However, if they asked for a refund due to lack of customer satisfaction, they would be denied. In each example, the consultant clearly provided the service and met the terms outlined for “services received”.

  • Lastly, as a consultant providing wellness education and advice, there is a moral and professional standard and duty to provide factual, evidence based, beneficial advice, without regard to the client’s feelings, beliefs, and/or willingness to comply to the advice. The Let Go Cure stands by their advice, and delivers the service of providing said advice. It is the client’s responsibility to decide if the advice is appropriate for them and/or if they are willing to adhere to it.

  • Unfortunately, in a business as subjective as ours, it is impossible for us to offer a customer satisfaction policy beyond guarantee of services received, as hopefully our illustrated examples proved the potential multitude of gray areas, and the potential for bad actors to take advantage of said policy without firm standards in place.

  • The Let Go Cure hopes you understand our position on this matter, as well as our intent to provide you the highest level of accurate and honest care.
