  • Have you ever had an appointment with The Let Go Cure? No? New Client. Yes? Returning Client.
Have you ever booked that specific service with us before? No? New Client. Yes? Returning Client.
Had an appointment with us before, but not for that specific service? Yes? New Client.

  • It is recommended that appointments are booked with ample to time to submit intake forms, so at least 7 days in advance from when you anticipate completion of your forms.

If you are submitting HTMA samples prior to your scheduled service, please book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance from the date you anticipate mailing your hair sample. Standard processing time for results, once mailed to the lab, is 2 weeks — although during the pandemic, results have taken up to 4 weeks to be processed. Please expect and be mindful of delays.

Please check the scheduler located here for upcoming appointment availability.

  • At this time, we do not. Previously, we offered in-person Reiki, which is currently temporarily suspended. We look forward to providing in-person services again in the near future, so please continue to check our website for new updates.

  • Yes! All of the services currently offered, with the exception of Reiki, are remote virtually, via video and/or telephone. After booking, you will receive detailed instructions illustrating how to access your appointment. If your appointment does not require a physical inspection (movement, exercise, etc), the service will be provided via telephone on a secure virtual platform.

  • Respect. By arriving on time and prepared to your appointment, you show active respect for my work, my time, and my effort. There is much prep work, review, and organizing that occurs before appointments, that is not directly billed for. Likewise, post appointments, there is much review, research, and planning I engage in. My other clients who show up on time and prepared, should not be penalized and/or have their appointments start late, due to another client’s lack of respect. That is not fair. Lastly, and most importantly, arriving on time and prepared is an act of self-respect. Deciding to commit to your own health & wellness is active respect of your body, mind, and spirit. Lack of care equates to lack of focus; if you are not intentional with your goals, achievement will remain elusive. Show up ready, on-time, and prepared, to do the work.

  • Although each service offered has mandatory intake forms to complete and submit, along with room to submit health records such as requested lab tests, some clients especially those with a long history of chronic illness find it useful and necessary to review all of their records. This might include imaging results such as X-Rays, CAT Scans, MRIs, Echos, and DEXA Scans, tests such as Tilt Table, skin punctures, biopsies, EEGs, EKGs, blood markers, and genetic results, personal written and compiled histories detailing procedures, doctors seen, surgeries, medications taken, treatments tried, naturopathic plans, nutritionist diet outlines, and/or doctors’ summaries/notes, and assessments from mental health professionals. Some of these records can include hundreds of pages, much more space than my standard intake form has room for, and also much time for me to personally review and consider before our appointment. Instead of booking an appointment time, giving me these materials, and watching me review them in front of you, I offer a Record Review appointment placeholder.

You will submit your records to me at least 7 days in advance of your scheduled appointment time, allowing me time to review on my own. During your regular scheduled appointment time, we will discuss my review as a part of our appointment.

  • Health & Wellness is a shared community goal. Our Referral Discount Program is less about pipeline creation for continuously renewable new client streams, and more about spreading the our message of how to achieve “good health”. The more people who request organic foods without dangerous additives or pesticides, along with unenriched and iron-free wheat, the cheaper and more readily available these products become, enabling more people the ability and affordability to adapt without hesitation. Together, as a collective group, we hold the strength and power needed to cultivate mass change, creating a healthier, less toxic, and less stressful world for us all.

After your initial appointment, all current clients will receive a unique Referral Code to share with family, friends, and colleagues. Once your unique Referral Code has been used by 5 new clients, you will receive one complimentary 30-minute Check-in Consultation, or a 50% off credit applied to one 60-minute Follow-up Consultation, to be scheduled within the following six months.

If you are a new client and were referred by a current client, please input the unique Referral Code they shared with you into the Redeem Code box upon scheduling. Your discount will be shown during checkout.

*Note: Referral Codes are redeemable once per new client for Initial Consultations only. Bundles are excluded, as they are already discounted.

Both prospective and current clients are welcome to sign up for our newsletter to receive additional discounts throughout the year as they become available.

Fees & Payments

  • No.

To my knowledge, there is no insurance company that accepts billing from health / wellness / mindfulness / RCP consultants, and I do not currently hold any contracts with insurance companies.

I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, and/or any form of federal government assistance.

If you know otherwise, and/or these options for my line of work become available, I would still be unable to accept reimbursement for moral reasons. Insurance companies and government assistance require specific rules, procedures, and mandates to be followed that would restrict my ability to properly do my job and offer the highest level of care to my clients, in alignment with my morals, values, and confidence in medical scientific practices and standards.

  • Danielle’s standard rate is a base fee of $150 per hour for consulting, advocacy, coaching, and other services. This base fee can be used as a formula to calculate the cost per minute. Please review our Pricing & Fees for a complete list of current offerings and associated costs, as well as unique bundles featuring pre-packaged services with a 10-20% discount.

  • Unfortunately, the higher cost of fees is due to practical reasons: “wellness consulting” is not covered by insurance companies, small businesses incur operating costs, and the law requires a cut in the form of taxes. There is a lot of work that goes into each appointment, including email correspondence between appointments, research, customizing plans and toolkits, and review of records. These skills require specialized training, that continues beyond obtaining a certificate, as well as active participation in the community at large. Consulting also does not come with paid time off, 401k, and subsidized health insurance.

A one hour appointment is the amount of time facing clients one-on-one only, each appointment has at least 30 minutes of prep work and 30 minutes of post work, if not more. If my fee per client-facing hour is $150, and that appointment equates to at least 2 hours of work, I would make $75 per hour, subject to self-employment, social security, and medicare taxes, plus. The average U.S. salary for a doctor is over $200,000 per year, when if broken into an average 40 hour workweek, would equate to just over $100 per hour, subject to taxes. Many doctors make much more than this, with male doctors earning 25% more than female doctors. This information is available via data from ADP on sites like Glassdoor, Indeed, and Ziprecruiter.

Many people have a job, which pays most of the health insurance premium, leaving a small monthly portion owed. Health insurance covers most of the physician fees, leaving a $20-$40 copay owed, or maybe even a $60-$80 copay if seeing a specialist. If you check your health insurance claim statements, you’ll see that many of your physicians charge the insurance company $200-$400, for an appointment that lasts at most 30 minutes. That added money is omitted from their salary, and goes into operating costs of the business, such as the office, malpractice insurance, staff, etc. So in comparison to your copay, my fees might seem high, but in comparison to actual physician fees without insurance, I charge at least 50% less.

Your doctors have so far been unable to help you, which is how you found me. And with my fee, I promise to move and heaven and earth working with you to find the answer until you have achieved your goals to feel better and finally heal.

  • No. I do not directly process Blood Work at all. Blood test results must be secured independently of my services.

I will give you recommendations on which tests to request, as well as recommendations on where to get tested, at the cheapest cost, if you do not have a willing doctor and/or health insurance.

Typically, most of the requested and ordered labs are covered by insurance and billed to the client’s insurer by the laboratory to which the specimens were submitted and/or obtained. However, some insurers may not cover all of the tests we recommend, and some insurers may require co-payments from the client. Please inquire with your insurer directly.

  • No. The cost for HTMA testing is a separate add-on fee to your regular scheduled appointment. This fee incorporates the cost of submission. materials, the lab’s fee in processing and testing, my correspondence and coordination with the lab, and my review of your results prior to our appointment.

After establishing yourself as a patient, you are welcome to order as many HTMA’s as you’d like, and review them in any scheduled appointment.

To this date, I am not aware of any insurance company that covers the cost of HTMA testing.

I have an account with TEI Labs who processes all of my clients’ HTMA Tests.

If you have hair testing results from another lab, I will be able to review the results with you as part of our regular appointment, like I would your blood lab markers. However, if you are seeking in-depth analyses, please book a Review Review to allow me time to research and understand the lab’s process and result reporting techniques. I cannot guarantee complete accuracy understanding hair test results from labs other than TEI, as I am not experienced in their methods.

Any Non-Client, New Client, and/or Returning Client is able and welcome to purchase a HTMA Test without an appointment as well. I will share the lab’s results with you via email. Please email booking@theletgocure.com for more information.

Please remember that postage fees are not included, and you are solely responsible to mail your sample and pay for appropriate postage directly with the USPS. We are not responsible for lost, missing, rerouted, delayed, and/or unpaid for samples.

  • The Record Review fee is an add-on to your regular scheduled appointment fee. You do not attend a Record Review, and it comes with no face-to-face time and/or written analysis. The Record Review fee compensates my additional time in reviewing extra materials, considering them, preparing questions to ask you during our regular scheduled appointment time, and some light research if time permits.

This fee allows you to share up to around 50 pages of records with me. If you have more or need more, you are welcome to add-on more Record Reviews.

Services

  • No. A diagnosis from me would not be accepted as valid by your insurance company.

I am not in the business of diagnosing; I already know what is wrong with you, mineral imbalance! My focus is to fix that imbalance, allowing you a life without diagnosis and pharmaceutical treatment.

I can however offer an assessment. I can also recommend the right professionals for you to book an appointment with for diagnosis. If you are seeking a diagnosis for a condition I am currently uninformed about, I will provide thorough research to find appropriate recommendations, so you remain unburdened. I can also provide a written assessment, case studies, research, quotes from medical journals, and information regarding diagnosis protocols and/or treatments for you to share with a M.D. and/or N.D. for professional diagnosis and pharmaceutical treatment, if that is what you wish.

But the general idea is to move your thought process away from pills and ICD-10-CM codes.

  • Currently, no.

I can recommend other providers who are able to, and also alternative pharmacies, such as online, Canadian, and/or compounding services.

I will prescribe many supplements! Remember, the goal is to get off of as many pharmaceuticals as possible and receive our nutrients and balance from nature.

  • Yes. Currently, I am able to order HTMA Testing with TEI Labs.

Root Cause Protocol (RCP)

For additional information & FAQs about the Root Cause Protocol, visit our dedicated RCP page here.

  • This is dependent upon your current state of health, how adaptable you are to making changes, how well you can commit to new habits, and how many external stressors you are currently facing. If you are in a normal state of balance (normal meaning, no or many only one chronic illness, can hold a job/school, make it through the day, etc) this might just be a fine tune up, and you’ll start seeing results within your first two-four weeks. If you are have been chronically ill for 10 years, you might not start seeing results until month three. You may in fact, feel temporarily worse before you feel better, as your body will need to detox and rev up the healing process. The results are not the focus. The goal remains bringing your body back into balance so it can heal itself, managing stress efficiently so it no longer takes root, and letting go of control to open your mind to a new way of living.

  • The depends upon the above as well. I like to give at least one week of room before implementing anything new, to ensure that if any reactions and/or benefits appear, we can pinpoint exactly the cause. Some find there are aspects that they are unwilling to add-in yet. They are not mentally prepared. That is okay. For many that is eating liver (raw and/or cooked) and taking Diatomaceous Earth. Many people on the Protocol for years still have not added in these two steps. For others it is the Stops, for instance I find (even though I know how bad it is) that removing all citric acid is really hard, because every Easter season I’ll give in to some pastel colored candy.

The idea is understanding that these recommendations were chosen because they have been found effective tools and practices to help your body balance minerals and remove oxidative stress most immediately. If you choose not to participate in some of them, you understand that you will not receive those benefits equally. Likewise, once you obtain balance, you need to work to maintain it. It is a lifelong commitment. Through the years you’ll come across a slice of pizza or cake with some added iron that you might eat, etc. The goal is to not demonize, albeit difficult once you understand how much damage these additives cause. Know that you are in control of balance and healing, so if you do stray off the path, bolster with an extra magnesium bath, etc.

  • Yes, you can! All of the protocols, treatments, and practices I offer all were designed to be implemented on your own and/or for free. For example: Standard meditation require nothing else but a quite peaceful space and your focus, while Transcendental Meditation requires a hefty fee paid in exchange for a mantra (not even a custom mantra). I don’t have esoteric secrets for sale.

What is for sale is my listening, guidance, and support. My time, energy, and skillset put to use researching, arranging the puzzle pieces, understanding what your stressors are and how it translates into your health issues, reading medical textbooks, journals, and case studies, staying up to date on trainings & certificates, constantly learning and sharing, answering your specific questions, explaining and reexplaining and reexplaining as many times as you need, and acting as your advocate, coach, and personal cheerleader until you are living your life as the version of yourself you always wanted to be. I can advise, guide, and even hold you accountable if that will help. This is a service, with the only goal being to assist you self-heal.

  • During Consultations, we will review the following lab tests (if provided) in order to determine your unique mineral-stress pattern, as well as track your progress throughout implementation of the RCP’s phases.

Mindfulness, Meditation, & MBSR

Reiki

  • Unfortunately, I do not currently have access to an office and/or massage bed space. I am currently assessing digital treatment options and will offer an update when and if I choose to pursue. Until further notice, I am temporarily unable to offer this service at this time. In-person Reiki will be offered again in the future, and once I have more information regarding this timeline, I will offer an update.
