Initial Consultation - Two Hours+ (120 Minutes+)

All new clients begin with an initial consultation. Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email along with a packet to complete and return via email. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive your packet. Please schedule your initial consultation at least a week in advance, with enough time to allow you to complete the packet.

If you would like to review your HTMA results during the session, please book the Test It Bundle below and book your Consultation at least two weeks after the date you will mail your sample to allow time for results to return.

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)

The HTMA is not mandatory for clients, but is a strongly recommended tool to assess how your body is storing minerals, managing stress, and adapting. It is strongly recommended to have one HTMA performed at the start of the RCP Protocol specifically, to refer back to as a baseline.

Add-on this test to any Consultation appointment type, and you will receive information on how to take a hair tissue sample and send it into the lab, along with the lab’s report of your results.

If you already have HTMA results, recent as of three months, and are a New Client, please book the Initial Consultation and submit your results with your Initial Intake Form. If you are a Returning Client, please book a Follow-up or Check-in Consultation to review results.

If your HTMA Hair Test is over six months old, a new one is recommended as the hair analyzed only captures your stress and mineral profile from 4-6 weeks prior.

Record Review

If you feel strongly that you would like me to review additional medical records (i.e. medical history, notes, blood tests, labs, diagnostic imaging, etc), please book a Record Review at least one week prior to your initial consultation. The date you book for your Record Review will be your deadline date to turn in any materials to be reviewed by me. Any materials submitted after that date will be subject to be reviewed at an additional fee in advance of your following appointment. All consultations are already inclusive of review of any labs, records, or materials I personally request. You can review examples of when booking a Record Review might be worthwhile in the FAQs.
