The Let Go Cure takes no claim to creation and/or ownership of specific protocols, treatments, and practices it may recommend, share, and/or promote, that it does not expressly own and/or was not the original creator of. This is including, but not limited to, the Root Cause Protocol and MBSR or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. The Let Go Cure recognizes the intellectual property ownership of the “Root Cause Protocol” and the designation of “RCPC” belongs to Morley Robbins and the RCP Institute (of Chapel Hill, North Carolina). The Let Go Cure recognizes the intellectual property ownership of “MBSR” and “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” belongs to Jon Kabat-Zinn (of Lexington, Massachusetts).

The Let Go Cure does not claim to be the creator and/or owner of either of these protocols & practices, and will continue to use these terms as allocated by the rights owners. The Let Go Cure has no intention to claim, pretend, or permit the assumption that The Let Go Cure is the original creator of said protocols. The Let Go Cure shares information about and pertaining to these protocols to further advance and advertise their reach, in promotion of and gratitude for the rights owners respectively.

All other information not pertaining to these protocols, is subject to copyright ownership by The Let Go Cure.

Any and every entity (person, animal, alien, bot, zombie, nation, reptilian, authority, god, demon, AI, technocrat, interdimensional being, etc), regardless of access and/or use of this website, is not permitted to use, copy, duplicate, share, and/or disseminate any information, property, image, video, content, and/or code on this website, social media pages, and/or any other web-based, mobile-based, electronic-based, paper-based, or print-based materials, promotions, advertisements, and/or literature originated, created, or designed of, from, or by The Let Go Cure without expressed written permission, outlined specifically as a formal letter on company letterhead, addressed to your name or your company’s name, issuing a temporary license to use said intellectual property, within an allocated set timeframe, and an original handwritten signature by the Founder & Owner, Danielle A. All other uses will be assumed alleged intellectual property theft and infringement, subject to and pursuable by both North Carolina State Law and the United States Federal Law. All necessary actions will be made on behalf of The Let Go Cure to assert, guard, conserve, perpetuate, and defend ownership rights of its intellectual property pursuant to the law.

The Let Go Cure may choose to employ, appoint, and/or obtain counsel of a lawyer or other legal professional, representative agent, and/or agency to monitor, adhere compliance of, and/or pursue notification, takedown, and/or legal action of any alleged, inferred, attempted and/or actualized theft or infringement of its intellectual property, copyrights, and marks.

This Policy serves as a warning to all who access and use this website and available services that should the intellectual property of House of Brockmann, LLC d/b/a The Let Go Cure be wrongfully used and/or ownership misappropriated, legal action and recourse will be administered timely and swiftly, immediately after The Let Go Cure has been made aware of such actions.
