WTF is a “wellness consultant” & why do I need one?

What We Do.

When you hear:
“all illness is caused by stress”

When you are told:
“you need to remove stress to get better”

When you think:
“it’s not possible to live stress-free!”

Allow me to do the work, so you can focus on enjoying life. I will help:

  • connect the dots between prior life & health events

  • identify your unique specific triggers

  • determine the health effects of each stressor

  • create an easy-to-follow plan to repair damage

  • build a supportive toolkit for use in future combat

  • remain up-to-date on the latest medical research

  • investigate and try the newest trends & treatments

  • facilitate what you need to know to make staying stress-free,
    well… a stress-free experience

  • A Wellness Consultant is a professional with specialized knowledge who helps you lead a physically and mentally healthier lifestyle by viewing your health as a whole:

    • identifies imbalances and/or hindrances that are interfering with “feeling good”

    • outlines achievable health goals, offers advice on appropriate treatments including exercise, nutrition, and supplement protocols that have been proven beneficial

    • assists in finding alternatives to fit within your budget if needed

    • combines the above into an easy-to-follow structured step-by-step path

    • maintains routine check-ins to track your progress and pivot your plan if needed

  • Together, we will focus on stress: the root cause of all illness.

Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will complete and submit intake forms, which I review in advance and form a series of questions around to use during our appointment time, designed to aid your process of connecting the dots between prior life events & health changes.

Starting with your birth, we will create a stress timeline outlining all life & health events, piecing together where life changes overlap with your health history, gaining an understanding of which unique personal triggers of everyday life and/or traumatic incidents are interpreted by your body as stress, and identify the patterns of their effects on your well-being.

Once your stress timeline is established, we will move onto your preferred treatment protocol, customize and develop a plan for your conditions & goals, and implement step one.

  • With triggers identified and your preferred treatment plan implemented, you will leave with a customized reliable toolkit tailored for both preventative support (before a planned stressful event such as a move) and emergency support (triage post unexpected crisis).

The focus of the consultation you have booked (General Wellness, Root Cause Protocol, Mindfulness, Energy, etc) will determine what specific resources are in your toolkit, such as supplement recommendations, nutrition lists, diet plans, recipes, mindfulness practices, exercises, personal products, and more.
